条带式充填开采矿房煤柱设计方法研究

Study on design method of coal pillar and mining room of banding type filling mining

摘要: 结合工程实例,探讨分析深埋煤层条带式充填开采矿房煤柱布置中巷道宽度,巷间煤柱宽度,巷间煤柱个数和隔离煤柱宽度等参数之间的相互影响关系,计算出巷间煤柱安全系数和隔离煤柱宽度及安全系数|对开采区间上方压力拱稳定性进行分析,得出压力拱拱腹和拱脚是其稳定性的关键,并计算拱腹和拱脚的安全系数|根据条带式开采布置方式推导出开采率和充填率的计算公式,并计算28种巷道和煤柱布置方案的开采率和不同充填系数下的充填率。最终,根据巷道宽度、巷间煤柱宽度和个数、隔离煤柱宽度、煤柱稳定性、压力拱稳定性以及开采率和充填率等参数对28种布置方案进行比选,推荐满足适用性、稳定性和经济性的合理方案。

Abstract: Buried coal seam are discussed in combination with engineering example, a stripe type filling roadway width of coal pillar mining room is decorated in, coal pillar width between lane, lane number and isolation of coal pillar width of coal pillar between the interaction relationship between parameters, such as, calculate the lane between the safety coefficient and isolation of coal pillar width of coal pillar and safety factor; Analysis on the stability of mining interval above the pressure arch, it is concluded that the pressure arch arch and arch foot is the key to its stability, calculating the safety factor of arch and arch foot; According to the strip mining arrangement of production rate and filling rate is deduced formula, and calculate the 28 kinds of roadways and the layout of coal pillar mining rate and filling rate under different filling coefficient. Roadway width, in the end, according to lane between the coal pillar width and number of isolated coal pillar width, the stability of coal pillar, the pressure arch stability and production rate and filling rate of 28 kinds of parameters, such as arranging scheme comparison, recommend meet the reasonable scheme of suitability, stability and economy.
